Tires?
I'm an early 911 owner and frequent the 911 board. I also own a 2003 BMW M3 vert. Which recently busted a tire. The current setup is Toyo Proxes 225/40/19 in front. (1/3 worn) and 255/35/19 rear (worn out AND one is blown)
So, what to replace them with? I drive the car only in the summer, but do drive it in the rain. It sees very little track time, I have a race car and the 911 for that. So I don't think I need to Hoosier R6s! Suggestions?

My wife's '04 330 runs 17" rims and we put Michelin Pilot Sport All Seasons on it. We have been well pleased in all weather and road surfaces.
Now that they have about 25k miles on them, they are transmitting a lot of road noise to the cabin, but not as bad as the Continentals that came on the car. They are holding up well. |
