Garage
91 325i won't start

My car has had a vacuum leak for quite some time now. Yesterday the car stalled on me a few times but it would start up again. I parked it for the night, this morning when I tried starting it, it would not start. I have been getting poor gas mileage as well. What things can I check/test to find out whats wrong? I appreciate any advice. Thank you!

okay I just changed the fuel filter just to see if that was it and it still wont start..how can I check to see if my fuel pump is working? I also checked the pump relay and that also is fine. Yesterday when I was running it, it stalled when I would come to a stop. I could also feel it pulling back a bit when I was on the freeway. Today I bought a used fuel pump and replaced it, checked the distributor cap, rotor and coil, they look brand new. Anyone have any suggestions, thanks.
