What part is this called?
 

In my engine compartment (passanger side by firewall, on top) There is a motor with an oval type cover with a nut on top.. This motor runs for about 2 minutes on start up. The motor is noisy and needs replaced. I do not know whats its called to place the order. Thanks for your help. Rob
