using E36 M3 front strut on Non M3 car?
 

I am putting a set of used M3 front struts with springs on a 318i. Can I use the offset M3 strut mount or do I need to change it to the stock strut mount on the 318i. If I use the M3 strut mount which way should I put the offset. Logic tells me to use the 318i mount or the camber and caster will be messed up.
