Stock power bucket seat broken - how do I remove it?
I want to replace the power bucket seats in my E36. I started to remove my passenger side seat by removing the two front nuts, since the seat is slid to the rear and the two nuts/bolts are accessible.
Next, I tried to move the seat forward in order to expose the rear rails and nuts/bolts. But the seat does not move. Now, I know that the electric mechanisms dont work at all. I cant press any button to move the seat forward electrically (but my drivers side seat does work from the button control). Any idea as to what I can do ...any help is appreciated? |
