Rear Trailer Arm Busing OR Mounting Bushing

taking advice from many of you to replace my RTABs to eliminate major wheel wear,
but can't figure out which to buy from our host:

Trailing Arm Bushing?
Product Information: 33-32-6-770-786-M69
or
Mounting Bushing for Rear Trailing Arm to Body Mount
Product Information: 33-32-2-228-153-M69

And are these really DIY? - Called a few shops and they insisted a whole bunch of the rear suspension would have to be removed to get to these? However, from other notes on this forum, looks like 3 bolts, drops down arm, push out bushing (tool) and push new one back in?
