Rear windows inop

I have a 99 323ic. The rear windows are not working. I can not seem to find information on where the relay is located. The all windows up and down switch work going down but not up. I know the motors are good and if I apply power before the switch the windows work fine. When the convertible top is activated the rear windows do not role down like the front windows do. Does anyone have any ideas where the relay is located or what the issue might be?
