ECM: Brake Light Circuit Failed
 

Most of the time, when i started up my engine, I would see " Brake Light Circuit ". Though my brake lights works just fine. There must be a sensor problem or something.

What do i need to check or replace ?

Back up to a wall and press the brake about 10 times, watching the reflections from the brake lights.

Likely, you will find that the brake lights do not illuminate every time you press the pedal.

If that is the case, replace the brake light switch above the pedal arm. It is a common problem and not expensive.

Hmmmmmm, not a bad idea, I will definitely try that tomorrow and keep ya up to date.
