Starting and Central Lock woes

Hi all. -1994 325 manual trans.

This morning when i got in my car and shut the doors the central lock locked all of the doors. Weirdly enough i could not manually unlock them. They seemed to be 'stuck' down.

Also, my car would not turn over. I did not even hear the starter solenoid clicking.

I get out and remove the 3 listed central lock fuses. Now when trying to crank my car i hear the solenoid 'click' but still not strong turn over.

I reinstall the same 3 fuses and then the car turns over strong as ever.

Are these two completely unrelated problems with the coincidence that my starter worked/didn't work all while removing/reinstalling central lock fuses?

Is there any way they are related? -AND does anyone have any input to either of these problems?

It may be worth noting that my drivers window would not go up with the 3 central lock fuses out.

Thank you in advance,
-Nick
