E36 Electrical Issue

My daughter has 1997 328 IC this afternoon when she turned off the ignition the radio and all dash display stayed on. I had her disconnect the battery and reconnect it when she pushed in the clutch the radio shut off. Any ideas?

Hello!

it might be a main ignition feed to your cluster. which probably wont affect anything else in your car. or it could be an internal problem in your cluster or a ground to your cluster. it should be tested and diagnosed properly by someone with electrical experience
