1994 325i irregular idle and hazards also flash when i try to start
 

I have a 1994 325i and I replaced every thing that I saw wrong with the vechicle so now when i let it idle it would first idle at 700 rpm then afer it warms up it would jump up to 2,000 rpms and then starts to bounce up and down from 1,500 to 2,000 rmps then when i would step on the gas it would rev like theres no power and then when i would shut off the car then try to start the car again it won't start and the hazards would flash and i would smell fuel also flash codes says 1223 HELP

Don't worry i fixxed it!! I read and researched to where Its in the top of my head thanks anyways...
