The Foglamp is the ZKW assembly (your part #63-17-1-385-946-M229)

Done
ZKW foglamp is M3. Don't need to pull the entire lamp as replacement pieces apparently aren't availalbe. One phillips screw will permit access to the bulb. Pulled mine (4 8mm screws), cleaned, applied adhesive to rubber gasket, reinstalled with cracked lense (better'n $180). Got light.
