BMW Roundel 320i Sluggish help plz

Hi there, i live in Australia driving a E36 320i for past 8 months and spent nearly 1.5k to find a problem but no luck after seeing lots of bmw experts..none of them bother to look at it... The problem is the car is manual converted and drives good when the fuel tank is full when the needle reaches less than half it becomes sluggish till 600rpm to 3000Rpm also it struggle to climb the hills...i have replaced the fuel pump, fuel filter but no luck

Forgot to mention after my first start of the day the car runs sluggish till the temp reaches half then it drives smooth...

parts replaced So far

1. automatic to manual conversion ( couldn get the Manual ECM) so its driving in the automatic one
2. complete cooling system
3. cam sensor
4. car fuel consumption is really good so couldn blame O2 sensor

hope you experts can help me in this...thank you u can mail me at hitecator@gmail.com

I am not familiar with the details of this (e36) engine/motronics...if you have a Temp sensor that can be a cause of poor performance until warm in some motronic engines.

I would also test the fuel pressure and possibly check fuel injector seals???

The ECM could be an issue as well.

I don't know, but a little more info please.
Have you checked for fault codes in the ECM?
When you say parts changed 1. "Manual to automatic conversion"
What do you mean? Is there some sort of kit, or are you refering to just replacing the tranny?
Was there any plugs on the automatic tranny that provided input to the ECM that the manual tranny did not have? if so what did you do?

If you think the fuel tank level is connected to the performance, try doing a fuel pressure test at different fuel levels? Check to see if the pump is working hard enough by pinshing the return line and see if the pressure rises rapidly?

Return line checks, make sure there is no restriction?

Are you pulling a vacuum in the tank after a while and creating problems for fuel delivery......take of the fuel cap and see if you can hear a whistle?

Other suggestions so far sound good too!
