I need to fix the seat heater in my 1997 328i sedan,,the driver side..the lumbar heats but the seat bottom does not,,do you have a repair procedure for this,,,and do you sell the heat pad,,,thanks..

Sorry, I don't have a procedure for this, but I believe that it's pretty straightforward and similar to fixing the seat sensor pad for the passenger side air bag. You need to remove the seat, remove the bottom, and then extract the cushion that is not heating properly. You may want to bench test it before buying a new one, just in case the issue is not with the heating element itself (you can also check the resistance of the element, if it's an open connection, then it's burned out).
