I have a 96' 328is and I have an error code "PS0153: Slow circuit response Bank 2 Sensor 1" Which of the four sensors is this particular O2 sensor?

That's an odd message, I don't think I've seen that one before. Bank 1 is typically associated with cylinder #1, and Bank 2 is typically associated with the 2nd half, which would be 4 thru 6. Sensor 1 would be the one located before the catalytic converter.
