Idle problem and TPS on M44

I'm in process on trying to find out why my car is throwing a code (P0505 - Idle system malfunction). When coming to a stop light, at some point the idle will just be normal other times it stays around 1,000 rpm or it will either jump up and down between 1,000-2,000 rpm. So far I've replace the idle control valve, crank case vent valve, vacuum hoses, replace MAF with a junkyard one, and checked the AFM hose for any cracks and there was none. I rest the code and it was gone, but not until I rev the engine, the code comes back. Is there anything that I missed that will cause this code to appear?

When I replace the idle control valve, I accidentally removed throttle position sensor. Is there anyone that can tell me what the resistance is suppose to be at when adjusting the TPS? I have a Chilton repair manual, but it doesn't say anything about resistance.

I've been searching around and wanted to know if 4 KOHM is what the resistance suppose to be at?

I just looked at realoem.com and is says it under the description #2.
