The passenger seat is stuck in the highest up position and it won't go up or down, I don't hear the motor running. Is there a manual overide so I can keep the seat in the lower position?

If you remove the seat, then you can manually turn over the motor using a drill or even your hand. Or, you can apply 12V directly to the motor to make it move. More likely, your switch is defective, and you can simply fix the problem by replacing the swtich unit.
