I have 2002 bmw 325i the blower motor just quit. I replaced the motor with no luck. Is it this resistor your talkin bout the problem? or the one behind the glove blox?

It could be the resistor, the relay, the fuse or the control unit. I would check the actual blower motor by applying 12 volts to it as a test.
