I have a 95 bmw 325i, when i stop a the light and get ready to pull off it is like a 1-2 second delay. sometimes it may backfire. what could that be? Help?

Sounds like it may have some issues with the fuel injection. If you read out the codes, they should be able to point you to a potential problem. I have an article on this here: http://www.pelicanparts.com/bmw/techarticles/Mult-Code_Reading/Mult-Code_Reading.htm
