1999 323i Convertible Top - Rear Seal

I can see a bit of daylight through the the back of the car, just between the body of the car and the side of the convertible top about six inches towards the rear of the car from the side windows. I think a few inches of the rubber seal broke off with age, but am unsure if I need just a seal or a the whole rear rail replaced.

Was thinking about this part but don't know if I need the rail too. Any way to know for sure?
