m tech body kit installlation

Is there anyone out there who has had success installing an M tech body kit on their E30? Just got their kit for a 318I and they give very little info on how you are suppose to attach the bumpers or side skirts and they only give you 4 small bolts for each item. There are also no attachment tabs on anything. The fit appears to be very rough. I figured I see if anyone other had any success or experience installing the pieces. Thanks for any input.
