Convertible Lid Shock replacement
88 E30. Got new shocks to replace the ones that are dead. These are the ones that hold up the lid that the top fits into. How do i remove these to put the new ones on? I don't want to force them and bend the mounts.

got it, didn't notice the small lock rings holding them in. Old eyes......
