Wayne, I replaced all components to the cooling system on my M3 E36. Looks like I put in all correct. Sucked in 1gallon of BMW antifreeze mixed with 1 gallon of distilled water. Is that enough or do I need to add more? The engine operates at normal temperature but will not warm up in the interior the air stays luke warm, I turned on the AC and it gets cold quick. Do I have a bad thermostat or not enough coolant?

Your thermostat may be stuck open or the duovalve/heater valve may be stuck closed. What is the coolant level in the reserve tank?
