My 1992 BMW E34 525 is a Japanese version with a Jatco tranny. Since I cannot get the corresponding tranny fluid Apolloil ATF D-3 by Idemitsu can I use instead Dextron 111.How will it affect the oil change on my car?

No Dextron III is a mineral based fluid. You are probably going to need a synthetic type fluid to maintain the same lubrication properties
