I had error codes P1188 and P1189 I have changed all 4 O2 sensors even though it was just the front 2 and I also had the codes cleared but I am still getting the same error codes. in the last month I have changed the full filter, all 6 coils and plugs. Also on one of the rear O2 sensors had a metal build-up. what else is there to do to get this to clear.

You could have a vacuum leak or a faulty crankcase breather valve. If there is metal on your o2 sensor, this could be your catalyst coming apart.
