all the raditor hoses have no pressure?? is that normal?

installed new water pump , fan and rad, put new coolant in, , car was fine, all the raditor hoses have no pressure?? is that normal? the car only warms up too the second line.. and the head isnt warm,, is there still an air pocket in the coolant.. or is something else wrong??

Does coolant come out of the bleed screw when you open it. Be careful the coolant will be hot. Did you change the thermostat? If that is stuck closed the coolant will not circulate.
