alot of heat coming out of the footwell areas when i don't want it to?

my problem is, alot of heat coming out of the footwell areas when i don't want it to. no leaks anywhere. can this be caused by a sticky heat valve too?

No leaks from where? You may have a bad footwell actuator in you HVAC box. You might be able to see it if you remove some lower panels under the dash board
