Question on 04 E46 M3 convert salmon relay

Hi, I have 04 E46 M3 convert with SMG and few days ago I had a hard time starting up the car. After few tries I got it started and when driving with 40mph it went out of gear and showed N. Pulled over and start tryin to put it back on gear. Shut it off and start it up multiple times and then got it back on gear.

The next day car didn't want to start again and there were service engine soon solid orange light and light for the SMG tranny in solid orange. I was told to check if there was not whirring noise form SMG hydraulic pump when open the door then gotta be a salmon relay. Pulled out salmon relay and put it back and there we go car start it up. So I ended up ordering a new relay, but do you think that this could be the only issue??

Also I noticed today that my passenger side headlight doesnt glows bright like the left one, its dimmed. Went on high beams but same thing. What could be the problem with this?? Do I need to buy new xenon bulb, cause the whole headlight will be more than $1000?? Thanks
