When i unscrew maf sensor a little it works out air flow and it runs just fine but if i have it screwed all way down like it suppose to be maf sensor it jumps up and down and doesnt run to great,,,,

I'm still not sure what you are unscrewing. The electrical connector or are you pulling the sensor out of the duct?

This is not a test that means anything to me. So the result is null. IF you are having an idle issue, look for broken intake air boots, vacuum leaks and fuel delivery issues. I would start by checking the DME for fault codes. If the system is not working properly, a fault code will be set. This will be your best bet when diagnosing.
