My BMW Z3 1.9L m44 engine vibrates a lot when idle, I believe some people call this a rough idle.

$8 diagnostic tool reports a faulty O2 sensor #1. Can this be the cause of vibration?

o2 sensor won't cause a rough idle or misfire. Is the check engine light on? Sounds like an engine misfire. I would check spark, fuel and compression on all cylinders.
