2011 BMW 328i Electrical?/Fuel Line/Pump? problems

Hi I have a 2011 BMW 328i X-Drive; was driving it this past weekend at highway speed and all of a sudden it started sputtering, lost acceleration power (electrical for lights, radio, etc all continue to stay on); was able to pull off highway, car would then not restart (it cranks, but doesn't turn over); yellow warning lights came on only after it was pulled off to side of highway...anyone have any ideas what might be the problem? Thanks
