Getting recurring every other day after clearing CEL on my 98 M3. The code comes up at P0412. I have checked and/or replaced all the SAP components with no failures found or other problems. Is it possible the O2 sensor is beginning to go bad and causing this code? thanks

Hard to say. You would likely have an o2 sensor fault.
When you command the secondary air on, check that the o2 does in fact hold lean.
