Question I noticed for sometime now my BMW 2004 E60 when its cold it's sluggage, and when I come to a complete stop at a light i feel a slight jerk that a passenger will not feel and very light when the car is cold.

Any recommendation,,, the car has 93 thousand miles,and a couple of years back i had the transmission fluid replaced because it was leaking from the sleeve, if they did replace it or emptied it out to do the repair and then pumped it back in

If that job is done by the dealer. When they replaced that leaking sleeve they do have to removed the transmission pan to do that job. They will save all your old fluid then top off after repair or upon customer request to have transmission fluid replaced while having that transmission sleeve change.
If the fluid level is low in the transmission should top off again and check for leaks. Also if transmission fluid is low will Jerk when shifting.
Only way to top off transmission fluid when the vehicle is cool off overnight then needs top hook up on the DIS tester top fluid level.
As for fuel pump: Best to do check with fuel pressure gauge hook up and test drive vehicle and able to read fuel pressure see if that match with Factory spec.
