I forgot to mention that I got two codes P0304 and P1250. I also replaced the fuel filter and pump becuase I thought it was due to low fuel pressure. Cleared the codes and restarted. It did seemingly run a little better, but still misfiring in cylinder # 4. Spark is present, but no fuel

The P0304 may shut the injector off due to a misfire. Check spark and compression on that cylinder.
