Debris indentification !
While removing the slave cylinder from a 95 325i I found these two plates in the bell housing. There is a rattle in there while the engine is running that sounds like more of these are in there. What are they? Clutch disc backing plates? DMF pieces?
Oddly enough the clutch is engaged tightly with no slippage! ![]()
