BMW318is M44
1997 BMW 318is with M44 engine cranks but won't start.
Replaced fuel pump 4years ago, but now doesn't seem to be working. Don't remember how to test. Help! |

Have you checked fuel pressure? Also, do you have a test light?

Only have multi-meter.
Checked fuse (18), seems okay. Should I have 12V at fuse plug or pump when Ignition on? |

Yes I think so, if your by/on a computer go to realoem.com and look it up. It should tell you if not.
