Question on BMW 3-Series E30 Idle speed troubleshooting

Hi, my '89 525i E34 m20b25 have a bouncing idle after a engine rebulid, when is started everything seems to be ok, idles at 800 but 1 or 2 minutes later the idle starts to bounce, at first the idle bounce beetween 800 and 1000 gradually getting worse untill it reaches 1800 rpm,really anoying while driving in town, i replaced nearly all hoses, icv is new ,tps seems to be ok so the afm.

if you remove the ICV and control air flow to the engine to reach 750 rpm, is idle smooth?
