bmw f20 P13C0

Hello,

İ took out my intake selonid and cleaned to improve idle. After putting it back i got a p13c0 fault code. Before cleaning there wasnt any fault code : do you have any idea regarding to this ?

Most likely unrelated to the cleaning. I would check engine timing.
