Just picked up a 1994 BMW 318iC convertible. Removed glove box looking for cabin air filter. Can't seem to locate it when comparing my cars layout to those shown on YouTube. Is it on passengers side or drivers side? Any help or suggested links would be appreciated.

the US didn't have that model in 1994, so I have to assume it is similar to ours. Which would pout the filter on the right side of heater housing, center tunnel area. behind a panel lid.
