Question on E30 Idle speed troubleshooting

Hi, I have a 1990 525i e34 m20 engine, I have replaced everything spark plugs/cables/all vacuum hoses that fuel injector fuel filter, basically everything fuel related, even the idle control valve, when I pull on the throttle body rev the engine initially i pull but the response hesitates then it kicks in and you hear it rev, i let it go and it idles and stumbles but it wont shut off, I took the car for a ride and at the light when i take off its has a delay and then i can go if i give it to much gas the car slows down , if i give it light gas then it travels and i have to slowly pump the gas initially to pick up speed, I hope you all understand the issue

Sounds like an issue with and air leak or faulty MAF sensor.
