Put the car back together after replacing all the manifold gaskets, coolant and vac hoses, fuel pressure regulator and the air temp and engine coolant temp sensors. Started right up, but seems to be running really rich. Is it true the ECU needs to 'relearn'? Thanks! 95 E36 Convertible Automatic OBDI

No relearn needed. You can try to reset all adaptations using an advanced BMW scan too. however, that should be necessary.
