For my bang for the buck, I'd go for a high quality stainless valve.
many sporting modern and vintage vehicle run hollow valves for cooling benefits. "sodium cooled" valves tend to be less durable than solids and the heads can break off on low mileage vintage lambos, ferraris and "low reving" alfas
