Have verified lines to radiator and heater are clear/not plugged by using air. First I removed the internals of the thermostat and ran the car. No change. I pulled the water pump even thought the owner said it was new and I can see a new water pump was installed and , has a metal vane style rotor. Vented the system 3 times between the tow tests and even raised the front end of the car. Bleeder valve open each time.
Any suggesstions/questions.
Thanks in advance,

It would seem the hoses should be warmer than 90 degrees. At least 180 and higher. Wonder why the new pump and when was that done? Is the new pump good??
