As far as crops rotting in the fields, around where I live (in the corn belt), farmers are having a banner year with good yields, and cooperative weather. I can also speak to factory capacity. My rubber auto parts factory is honestly operating at 120% (not 20%), and the floor workers have been working mandatory 60 hour weeks since June. My son is working massive mandatory overtime at Lowes distribution center, and my SIL is building dishwashers at Whirlpool 6 days a week with alot of extended shifts.
Not sure about shipyards, but many goods are still being transported through all modes.
