another vote for the pilot sport a/s 3+ -- and this comes from a long-time all season tire HATER. Find the a/s3+ to be great for summer, wet/rainy and dry cold weather driving (ok for emergency icy/snowy driving only) -- i.e. for me, they provide much better performance than traditional all season tires and only really sacrifice on the icy/snowy end of the spectrum (my dedicated nokian WR-g3 winter tires are in another universe when driven on snowy/icy roads).

Note that the pilot exaltos also recommended above are NOT all season tires, so they're going to get hard when cold.
