Where are you planning to buy the 997 from? You may want to discuss this with one of the Canadian Classic Porsche dealers and see if they're interested in a trade. There are few cars such as yours in Canada, and the ones for sale in Vancouver where I am are astronomically expensive. Not saying they're selling that high but if you're a buyer for the 997, you may be pleasantly surprised.
