Well, Porsche didn't make many EARLY 911's at all, I remember something like 1500 or so "E" cars in 1972 (if I'm not mistaken).

My guess is the "T" cars (being "low end" - this said without the slightest "judgment"!) perhaps disappeared a bit faster, and the "S" cars were highly sought, but I clearly remember the "E" cars ran very well, being less "peaky" than the "S" and, of course, quite a bit faster than the "T". Maybe that is the reason the "E" is more difficult to find.

BTW, you being in the Dubai area (I'm guessing!), how is the Porsche situation in the UAE? Are you talking searching for an early Porsche in the UAE? Are there many Porsche cars, be they "early" or other, in the UAE?
