Bruce Anderson had a little piece in Pano a few years ago about this. From what I recall, ALL 911s have valve seats that are plenty hard enough to take unleaded gas, no problem.
Same for all 914s.
I think even the later 356s were ok. You had to go back pretty far to start to get to the cars that needed leaded, and as I recall, even those would last a long time on unleaded.
