Thanks guys. I called Paul at Cyntex and asked about these results. He was absolutely sure that the AF reading was inaccurate. The sample was taken with a sniffer insterted about 14" in the exhaust pipe of a dual outlet freeflow system. Paul said that the only way to approach an accurate AF reading is to take the sample where backpressure exists....either in front of a cat, or in my case, in front of the muffler.

The other car on the dyno chart was metered through an O2 sensor bung before the cat...so it's not an apples to apples comparison. Paul said the chip is programmed to run between 12.5 and 13.5 at WOT. Additionally, Porsches make their best power below stoichiometric...if the engine was running that lean, it would not be likely to achieve those hp results.
