It's a MESSY job. Metal filings everywhere. Cover the strut and hub with a blanket.

Cuts much better than a grinding stone. Stone is too slow, but good for finishing work. Carbide burr cuts that sheetmetal like cake. LOOK OUT! That sucker on the end of your angle grinder can get away from you in a hurry, cutting more sheetmetal than you'd like.

I've heard another guy used a belt sander, but didn't try it.
